Deposit information

All deposits are non-refundable, unless the following criteria apply. 

Cancellations 30 days in advance. Deposit can be refunded minus a 10% admin charge.

Cancellations up to 7 days before the appointment. 50% of the deposit will be refundable. Or total value of deposit can be obtained in gift vouchers. 

Cancellations less than 7 days before the appointment. Deposit is non refundable. 

Deposit will not be lost if the appointment is rescheduled. One reschedule is permitted - 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

Deposit will be lost for any subsequent reschedule.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are fit to be tattooed, and present ID if under 25.
